OUR VISION is to play a leading role in
bringing about both economic and social changes by creating sustainable
employment , business and enterprise to relieve worklessness in
deprived areas in the United Kingdom and enhance the quality of life.
OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES are as follows :
To support young people aged 15-25 years by offering them training and
mentoring support on employability skills, work placement, enterprise,
skills training.
To support single parents,deprived Families,Refugees
& Asylum seekers, Black , Asian and Ethnic and Minority groups.
low skilled mothers with children, long term unemployed, people
returning back to work, those redundant , poor families in supporting them with accessible and
sustainable employment solutions by training , skills development,
apprenticeships, career coaching and mentoring programmes.
To provide training and consultancy to ethnic minority
groups looking to starting up business or social enterprise, advising
and building the capacity of women and women groups who wish to start
social enterprise.
To promote health & wellbeing of vulnerable adults,
young people and disadvantaged groups. Improving on their quality of
life and social skills, making informed choices on healthy living style
work life balance, life and
personal skills development, managing anger, stress, time managing budget and finances.
